Shore bass fishing
Fishing for bass from the shore fascinates many people in UK. This is the type of fishing which involves lesser expenditure, lesser weight to carry and thrills more. There are two types of shore fishing. Fishing from the sandy beaches and fishing from the rocky beaches. Wherever there is rough ground, a lot of weeds, gullies and tidal rips, bass are found in sufficient numbers to satisfy sport fishers. A lively sea, rocky bay, shallow water and flooding tide together form apt conditions for fishing (Shore Bass Fishing, 2008).
The biggest advantage of shore fishing is that you need to carry only a spinning rod, a leader wire, some lures and peeler crab pieces as baits. Even the clothes used are waders which are easy to wear and of light weight. By experience, the fishers could easily identify the conditions of the sea where bass would be available. Instead to live baits plugs and spinners are also used. The best time for fishing is either the break of the day or the end of a day (The Best Methods For Catching Bass, 2008). Generally the bass caught over the rocks would have a darker back than that is caught from a sandy beach. Going for bass fishing under the blue sky in the light breeze gives much relaxation for most of the people of UK. The sport fishers of UK are highly concerned about the stock of the bass in their sea that after enjoying their catch for a while and may be after some photograph sessions, they would release the fish back into the water. They would like their future generations also to enjoy bas fishing.
Shore fishing for bass is a type of fishing, which does not need much preparation. A sandy or a rocky shore where feeding conditions of bass are available is a lucrative place for most sport fishers of UK. After having the thrill of catching the fish, they mostly release the fish back to the water out of their concern for the stock of bass in the seas around UK.
